Please try the following methods and see if it will fix the issue:

  1. Press F5 to reload it. If the problem persists, please try to reload few more times.​

  2. Check the version of the flash player for your browser at Adobe Flash Player, and make sure it is the latest version.

  3. Clear the cache on your browser and try again.​​​
