For any feedback, questions, or concerns regarding our mobile applications for the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, please email the following details to support@animoca.com:

  • Your Device – E.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch
  • Name of the Application
  • Details – Please give as much information as possible, including the following whenever applicable:
    • Your device’s UDID
    • Receipt information (for purchases)
